We all know the backup camera is now very standard on many vehicles, and it's a great innovation. But what about in back, around the edges, where you can't see? That's where rear cross path alert comes in, as it uses sensors to detect objects on the side of your vehicle. When you're backing up if one is oncoming or in the way, the vehicle will sound an alert for you to brake, taking the fear out of backing up in tight squeezes or highly trafficked areas.
