Jeep Fest is a parade scheduled for Toledo later this year, and almost every model will be on display. The festival is taking place to honor the 75th anniversary of the Jeep brand, which earned its first contract in 1941 to build vehicles for the American military. Event planners have successfully booked every model except for the 1956 and 1957 Jeeps, but are hoping to have those slots filled by then.

A one-off model of the 2016 Wrangler was also produced at the company’s Toledo, Ohio facility and will be on display at the event. The unique Wrangler features an olive drab color scheme, authentic tires, custom bumpers, and WW2 era hood latches. The special-edition Wrangler also features authentic WW2 ear seating, and a rear-mounted spare tire.

Jeep Fans are being encouraged to take part in the event, and if you own a 1956 or 1957 Jeep, Jerry Huber and other Jeep Fest organizers would love to hear from you. For the most up-to-date information on everything Jeep related, stay tuned to our blog at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Twin Falls
